The heaters undergo an annealing process to enhance their malleability, allowing them to be bent into various shapes to fit specific configurations. Additionally, options with integrated thermocouples are available, providing precise temperature monitoring and control. Hot runner bushes are manufactured to accommodate different cross-sectional designs, incorporating a brass inner layer and a stainless steel outer cover for enhanced strength and thermal performance.
